Godrej Properties allots 243 equity shares under ESGS

Godrej Properties has allotted 243 equity shares of Rs 5 each under Godrej Properties Employees Stock Grant Scheme on 20 December 2021. Consequently, with effect from December 20, 2021, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.138,99,37,935 consisting of 27,79,87,587 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
