GPT Infraprojects announces change in directorate

With effect from 26 December 2014

GPT Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have passed resolution by circulation on 26 December 2014 in connection with appointment of Shankar Jyoti Deb as a non executive Independent director of the Company w.e.f. 26 December 2014 in place of Late H. S. Sinha, the then Independent Director.
