Emerald Company holds about 58% in Graphite India
Graphite India announced that, on 29 October 2014 the Company has received an intimation from Emerald Company that the process of transfer of 9,26,71,438 shares (47.432%) pursuant to scheme of amalgamation has been completed.With its current holding of 2,06,65,549 shares (10.578%) of the Company, Emerald Company after the aforesaid transfer holds 11,33,36,987 shares (58.010%).
The Company has become a subsidiary of Emerald Company.
