KEI Industries announces Executive Director (Finance) to take charge as CFO

With effect from 01 October 2014

KEI Industries announced that Rajeev Gupta, Executive Director (Finance) of the Company will also act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 01 October 2014 as approved by the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company to comply with the requirement of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
