HCL Technologies allots 135.68 cr equity shares

Under bonus issue

HCL Technologies has allotted 135,68,32,548 new equity shares of the company of Rs 2 each as fully paid up bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 as on 07 December 2019, being the record date for this purpose.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 271,36,65,096 equity shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs. 542,73,30,192/-.
