HDFC allot equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 21 February 2014 allotted 1,69,170 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation stands at Rs 311,92,15,270 consisting of 155,96,07,635 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
