Hindustan Copper announced that the Ministry of Mines, Government of India vide order dated 01 December 2015 has informed appointment of the following two part time non-official Directors on the Board of the Company for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier:
1. Dileep Raj Singh Chaudhary
2. Niranjan Pant
