Hindusthan Safety Glass Industries announced that the Committee of Board of Director of the Company in its meeting held on 18 September 2015 has approve postal ballot notice to seek the approval of the member for shifting of registered office of the Company from the State of West Bengal (HM Plaza Business Centre, Ground Floor, 8 AJC Bose Road, Circular Court, Kolkata - 700 017, in the State of West Bengal) to the State of Maharashtra (Unit No. 112, 114, 115, Raheja Plaza, Plot No. 15/B, Parksons Press Compound, Shah Industrial Estate, Next to Afcons, Off. New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400053).
