Hotel Leela Venture completes sale of The Leela Hotel, Goa

Hotel Leela Venture announced that it has completed the sale of its hotel in Goa, namely "The Leela, Goa", Mobor, Goa, on a slump sale basis, for a lump sum consideration of Rs. 725 crore to Ceres Hotels Private, by way of business transfer agreement on 14 December 2015.

The shareholding of the Company shall remain unaffected pursuant to the aforesaid sale.
