Housing Development Finance Corporation allots 3.59 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Housing Development Finance Corporation has allotted 3,59,671 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Corporation pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees of the Corporation.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs. 359,97,09,066 consisting of 179,98,54,533 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
