Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 23 June 2016 allotted 10,80,680 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,41,04,080 consisting of 158,20,52,040 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
