HSIL fell 1.96% to Rs 47.60 after HDFC Mutual Fund reduced its stake in the company by 2.03% to 3.14%.
HDFC Mutual Fund (HDFC MF) sold 2.03% stake held in HSIL on 16 March 2020. Post sale, HDFC MF has decreased its shareholdings in HSIL to 3.14% from 5.17% earlier. The disclosure was made after market hours on 17 March 2020.
On a standalone basis, HSIL's net profit dropped 38.4% to Rs 15.70 crore on a 33.5% decline in net sales to Rs 489.11 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.
HSIL offers sanitaryware, faucets and glass bottles. The company's segments include building products division and packaging products division.
