Hydro S & S Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has, by way of passing a Resolution by Circulation on 16 May 2014 appointed N Subramanian as Additional Director - Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.Further, N Subramanian has been inducted as Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company.
