IIFL Holdings allots equity shares

Under ESOS

IIFL Holdings announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated 25 March 2015, allotted 10,40,350 equity shares to the eligible employee{s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 30,91,93,598 equity shares to 31,02,33,948 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
