India Glycols appoints company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 24 June 2015

India Glycols announced that in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, Kapil Bhalla has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 24 June 2015. Further, pursuant to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges, Kapil Bhalla is designated as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 24 June 2015.
