Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd fell 6.69% today to trade at Rs 117.2. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is down 2.36% to quote at 2004.78. The index is down 3.48 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Phoenix Mills Ltd decreased 2.77% and DLF Ltd lost 2.73% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 17.51 % over last one year compared to the 10.75% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

On the BSE, 3.02 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 19.32 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 223.9 on 26 Apr 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 63.05 on 06 Feb 2019.
