IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 15,000 equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of 15,000 stock options under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016-II.
The paid-up equity share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 1,23,20,03,290/- to Rs 1,23,21,53,290/-.
