ITC allots 1,12,78,600 equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC has allotted 1,12,78,600 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 11,27,860 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 27 July, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1217,30,97,351/- divided into 1217,30,97,351 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
