ITC allots 1.63 lakh equity shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 1,63,530 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each, upon exercise of 16,353 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 3 March 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1232,29,00,091/- divided into 1232,29,00,091 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each.
