Aditya Birla Capital allots 66,050 equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 66,050 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company will increase from Rs 24,16,22,56,860 (i.e. 2,41,62,25,686 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each) to Rs 24,16,29,17,360 (i.e. 2,41,62,91,736 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
