ITC allots 13.47 lakh equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC has allotted 13,47,310 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,34,731 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 21st November, 2018, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1224,50,59,881/- divided into 1224,50,59,881 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
