ITC allots 16.33 lakh equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC has allotted 16,33,200 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,63,320 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 20 November, 2019, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1228,93,03,791/- divided into 1228,93,03,791 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each.
