ITC allots 47.87 lakh ordinary shares

Under ESOS

ITC has allotted 47,87,790 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 4,78,779 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 2 August, 2018, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Re. 1222,38,19,921/- divided into 1222,38,19,921 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
