ITC announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with Premier Manufacturing Inc., USA on 08 October 2016 for sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, King Maker Marketing Inc., USA along with assignment of certain trademarks owned by the company. The consideration to be received is estimated around USD 24 million in terms of the share purchase agreement.
