IVRCL allots equity shares to CDR lenders

IVRCL has made an allotment of 1,48,25,250 equity shares of Rs.2/- each on 09 February 2015 to the CDR Lenders who have signed the Master Restructuring Agreement. This allotment is towards 2nd Part of 2nd Tranche of conversion of FITL into equity for the period 01 October 2014 to 31 December 2014.
