Jagjanani Textiles will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 February 2015, to inter-alia consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2014, to consider shift the registered Office of the Company subject to approval of Members.
