Jai Balaji Industries announced that Seema Chowdhury, Swati Agarwal and Rakhi Jain have been appointed as Additional Directors (Category: Non-Executive & Independent Woman Director) of the Company w.e.f. 17 April 2015 to hold office upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
