Jaihind Projects to hold board meeting

Jaihind Projects will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 April 2014, inter alia, to reconsider and approve proposed issue of equity shares on preferential basis to the Promoters pursuant to CDR scheme, in supersession to earlier resolution dated 10 March 2014 and to amend the main object clause of the Company by insertion of new clause after existing clause 2 (c).
