Jaiprakash Associates gets Scheme of Amalgamation nod

From High Court of Judicature at Allahabad

Jaiprakash Associates has announced that the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Jaypee Sports International (JPSI) (Wholly-owned Subsidiary of Jaiprakash Associates Limited) with the Company in terms of it's Order dated 14 September 2015.
