Jammu and Kashmir Bank announces resignation of directors

With effect from 29 June 2016

Jammu and Kashmir Bank announced that following Directors have tendered their resignations from the Directorships of the Bank due to personal reasons with effect from 29 June 2016:

1. Dalip Kumar Kaul.
2. Khaver Alam Jeelani.
3. Vikrant Kuthiala.

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 29 June 2016 took on record the aforesaid changes in the Composition of Board of Directors of the Bank.
