JSW Energy consolidated net profit rises 2702.07% in the March 2020 quarter

Sales decline 6.82% to Rs 1793.41 crore

Net profit of JSW Energy rose 2702.07% to Rs 108.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 3.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019. Sales declined 6.82% to Rs 1793.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 1924.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019.

For the full year,net profit rose 58.23% to Rs 1099.92 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 695.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2019. Sales declined 9.47% to Rs 8272.71 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 9137.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2019.
