Jupiter Infomedia fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 30 September 2014

Jupiter Infomedia has fixed 30 September 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1; i.e. (one bonus share of Rs. 10/- for every one paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholder on the record date).
