Kalpataru Power Transmission terminates agreement for sale of Alipurduar Transmission
Kalpataru Power Transmission announced that the Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreement with CLP India for the sale of stake in Alipurduar Transmission (ATL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been terminated as certain conditions precedent could not be achieved. The company served the notice of termination on 01 May 2020.
