Kaveri Seed Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 February 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31 December 2014 (Q3) & may also consider the proposal for recommend 2nd Interim Dividend if any for the financial year 2014-15 in the above said meeting.
