Kaya has allotted 5,826 equity shares of ?10/- each under the Kaya Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 - Scheme I.Accordingly, post the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is increased from Rs 13,04,35,450 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Four Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only) divided into 1,30,43,545 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Five) equity shares of ?10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs 13,04,93,710 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Four Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten Only) divided into 1,30,49,371 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy One) equity shares of ?10/- (Rupees Ten)
