Kesoram Industries announced that the revised valuation of the Laksar Undertaking now stands at Rs. 2195 crore and the Company advise that of the Company's Tyre Manufacturing Facility at Laksar, District Haridwar, Uttarakhand (Laksar Undertaking) to its subsidiary, Cavendish Industries has been effected at this value.
