Khaitan Electricals announces change in directorate

With effect from 31 March 2016

Khaitan Electricals announced that Sajjan Dabriwal holding the position of Deputy Managing Director, has tendered resignation, effective from 01 April 2016 due to personal reason vide his letter dated 30 March 2016. His last working day as Deputy Managing Director would be 31 March 2016.

He will continue to be non executive Director of the Company.
