KNR Constructions to sell its SPV KNR Walayar Tollways for Rs 529.27 cr

KNR Constructions has entered into share purchase agreement with Cube Highways and Infrastructure III on 09 January 2020 to sell its entire equity stake in the toll road BOT asset, KNR Walayar Tollways. The enterprise value of the asset for this transaction is Rs 529.27 crore excluding claims receivable from NHAI and other governmental instrumentalities, which would be passed on to the company as and when realised.
