KPIT Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 May 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any, subject to declaration of the same by the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
