Larsen & Toubro Infotech jumped 6.73% to Rs 1,066.30 at 13:12 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 28,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 9,470 shares in the past two weeks.
Hindustan Copper surged 5.1% to Rs 93.70. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 17.42 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 7.29 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Parag Milk Foods gained 4.8% at Rs 272.65. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.96 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.82 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Hathway Cable & Datacom advanced 4.75% at Rs 41.90. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.33 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.66 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Sun TV Network rose 4.73% to Rs 932.45. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.44 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 64,000 shares in the past two weeks.
