Larsen & Toubro invests USD 2 mn in Intelliflux Controls

Through its subsidiary - Larsen & Toubro International FZE

Larsen & Toubro International FZE (LTIFZE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on 20 December 2021 to purchase, stake in Intelliflux Controls INC., a Delaware Corporation. The company will acquire 21,88,569 shares for a cash consideration of USD 2 million.

The target company is an integrated water analytics platform that uses AI/ML to optimize plant performance.
