Issue price shall be Rs 514.25
LIC Housing Finance announced that the issue price of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each shall be Rs 514.25 for the proposed preferential allotment of up to 4.54 crore equity shares through private placement basis to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
