Lupin has completed the divestment of its entire stake in Kyowa Pharmaceutical Industry Co. (Kyowa), Japan, a subsidiary of the company, to Platus, Japan I (an affiliate with Unison Capital Partners IV, LPS and Unison Capital Partners IV(F), L.P.) on 17 December 2019.
