Among the other constituents of the index, Godrej Properties Ltd decreased 1.63% and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd lost 1.47% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 30.07 % over last one year compared to the 14.84% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
