Mahanagar Telephone Nigam announces change in directorate

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam announced that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of MTNL.

1. Shashi Ranjan Kumar has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of MTNL in place of V. Umashankar.

2. V. Umashankar has ceased to be the Director.

3. AshoK Mittal has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of MTNL.

4. Rakesh Nangia has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of MTNL.
