Mahavir Industries to hold board meeting

Mahavir Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 September 2015, to fix date, time and place for holding Annual General Meeting and consider and approve the draft Notice for convening Annual General Meeting of the members for the year ended 31 March 2015, & to consider and approve the split of shares and the alteration of memorandum and articles of association.
