Malaysian Markets Marks Monday Lower

Stock market in Malaysia began the week in a negative tone on Monday, 5 May 2014, as most of the stocks on local exchange were in the red as sell off resumed following the concern over high valuations of the stocks. Besides, the escalating tension in Ukraine had also weighed down on our local bourse. The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI index lost 8.54 points or 0.46% to closing lower at 1860.54 points.
