Mangalam Seeds will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2016, to approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31 March 2016 along with the Auditors Report and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March 2016 along with the Auditors Report and to recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31 March 2016.
