Mastek announced that at a meeting of Share Transfer, Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee held on 21 January 2015, 11487 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,442,934 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 112,214,670/-.
