Mastek will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 April 2015, to consider and approve the audited financial results of Company on Stand-Alone basis and Consolidated Financial Results basis for the year ended 31 March 2015 together with the report of Directors and Auditors thereon. to consider declaration of final dividend, to fix the Book Closure Dates. and to fix the day, date, time and place of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
